Here's an issue that may come up again in Indiana: When is privatization not really privatization? When it involves fat government contracts that award exclusive rights of operation to a single player and does not actually permit competition to provide the service.

How do we convince people that "Get the G-d- government off my back." entails getting the G-d- government off everyone else's back, too? What most people seem to want in terms of domestic policy is that the government get of their backs but ride the shoulders of anyone and everyone else. How does one bring an entire populace around to accepting sauce for the goose is sauce for the gander?
