LPMC County Conventions are held once a year, for the purposes of electing delegates and alternate delegates from the LPMC to the state convention; as well as making amendments to the by-laws and receiving an annual report of the LPMC's financial condition. Since there are no elections this year (2009) in Indiana, we will not be nominating any candidates for office this year. If you have a suggested amendment to the by-laws that you'd like considered for vote at the convention, be sure to submit the amendment in writing to the Chairman no later than 5:00pm on April 3, 2009.
Additionally, Timothy Maguire (LPMC Chairman) will be leading a special group exercise during the convention, for the purposes of leadership and volunteer development.
